The dataset contains information regarding telecommunication expenses (1000 of GEL) of public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure for 2011-2016. The dataset is processed and published by the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI). IDFI received the information from these public institutions.
